Information that appears on your credit report when lenders search you, unless you have either specifically made a disassociation, or if you have specifically elected not to be judged on the merits of your entire household. Third party data is any financial information relating to anyone with the same surname as you who lives, or has lived, in the same household, and anyone else known to be financially connected to you for any reason. This will not appear on your statutory credit report, but information relating to a previous or married name will appear on your credit report, as the previous name will normally be linked to your name as an alias, which is different to third party information.
