How do I obtain my credit report from the credit agencies?

You can obtain a statutory credit report printout from each of the credit reference agencies by sending a cheque or postal order for £2, and your name, full current and previous address, and your date of birth to:

  • Callcredit Ltd Consumer Services Team, PO Box 491 Leeds LS3 1WZ
  • Experian Ltd Consumer Help Service PO Box 8000 Nottingham NG80 7WF
  • Equifax Credit Report Advice Centre PO Box 1140 Bradford BD1 5US

The statutory credit report printout should be sent to you within 7 working days, so remember to diarise for it and chase them up if necessary.

If you want to dispute information on a credit report received from any of the above, (after having tried to sort the problem out with the lender or other source of information, if appropriate), you can write to the same address.
