The last 12 months has been another tough time for consumers. Lenders remain cautious about taking on new customers, and many of those who are accepted are given low credit limits, higher than advertised APR's and, if our previous surveys are anything to go by, some consumers will have suffered from really poor service. The way that banks and credit card providers help their customers through this difficult time is likely to shape opinions for a long time to come and we want to know what you think of yours.

By taking part, you will help us to build one of the most comprehensive surveys of how lenders in the UK compare, and then share that information with other customers so they can make a better informed decision as to who to do business with.
