No need to remember to refresh your free credit report every year - we'll email you to remind you to download your free credit report on the anniversary of your last one. We'll keep your old credit reports so you can compare them and see what's changed.

If you need credit reports more frequently than once a year, as a Premium Member you can elect to update your credit report monthly at our market leading rate of just £3.97 a month. What's more, if you forget to update your report for more than 3 months, we'll update it for you automatically and let you know when it's available.

Our credit analysts are all professionally trained. If you are declined credit or need help understanding or correcting something on your credit file, you'll be able to contact them directly through our Secure Inbox, available only once you have logged in to your credit report.
