What should I do if I haven’t received my security code?

To view your credit report online you will need a security code which is sent to your registered address after we check that this agrees with the current address that the credit agency has on file for you. This is sent by Second Class post on the day you order your credit report, (if you order prior to 3.45pm on a weekday), or the next working day otherwise.

The security code is sent in a plain white envelope to reduce the risk of mail interception.

If you haven’t received your security code, drop us a quick email, confirming your full postal address and we’ll post another out to you again, confirm we’ve done so by email and once you receive it, you can have access to your credit report online.

We ask for this information because we have tools available which use this information to help verify your identity.
