What happens if I need to change my registered address? Changing your address is easy. Once you are authenticated by entering your security code that has been sent to you by post, simply drop us an email and we’ll update your address so that we search your new address for your next free UK credit report. We’ll post a new security code to your new address so you can authenticate yourself again and you can view your online credit report as normal. Sometimes we may ask you to produce original documents to verify your new address. This is a routine security requirement. click here to go back |
